Firefox 33 Mac. In Firefox, loading the document http://www.zaoerv.de/68_2008/68_2008_1_b_155_174.pdf appears mostly white. In Safari, with the plug-in PDF Browser, the document appears nicely, with the text. I reproduce this in Firefox systematically. This may be a bug in Firefox.

I encounter the same behaviours with the document http://www.amnesty.org/en/library/asset/IOR61/008/2003/ar/26340e19-d656-11dd-ab95-a13b602c0642/ior610082003en.pdf It looks like a bug. I reproduce the bug with Firefox Nightly 36.0a1. I have Mac OS X 10.6.8.
WFM with FF33/36 on Win 7. Open the web console then load the PDF: do you see any error messages? Did you test with a clean profile?

I tried with Firefox Nightly 36.0a1 with a new profile. On Mac OS X 10.6.8. I reproduce the bug. (In reply to Loic from comment #2) > Open the web console then load the PDF: do you see any error messages? In the Web Console, I have : "PDF c8fba689b7d8ad903633a4c76e2a6087 [1.5 Acrobat Distiller 6.0.1 (Windows) / PScript5.dll Version 5.2.2] (PDF.js: 1.0.907)" viewer.js:5357 The part before "viewer.js" is in red. You may see the screen photo to come attached FirefoxBugPDFDoc.png.

For reproducing the bug, I advice using Mac OS X 10.6.8. (Yes, easy to say.)

I tried to reproduce using latest Nightly 36.0a1 under Mac OSX 10.6.8, but both pdfs were correctly rendered.
