(Whiteboard: [SUMO-b2g])

A user in the SUMO forums reports having problems accessing his work e-mail account which uses EAS (Exchange ActiveSync) with PIN and Disk Encryption requirements. STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Open Mail account. 2. Configure a new account that uses EAS with PIN + Disk Encryption. EXPECTED RESULTS: The account should be accessible. ACTUAL RESULTS: Inbox appears empty. Please let me know if there is any information I could provide to help with the investigation and troubleshooting of this issue. Thanks!! - Ralph
I've already commented on the SuMo thread, but I want to make it clear that this is currently not something we can support since Firefox OS doesn't support disk encryption. On SuMo I indicated that we don't have a way to detect whether a PIN or disk encryption (if supported) are enabled, but thinking about it more, we probably could use the settings API with whitelisted access to those properties. Marking the dep on full disk encryption.

A logcat was private provided. The error snippets are: WERR: Error: Error getting command URL WERR: Error syncing folder: Error: Error getting command URL Sync Completed! undefined messages synced Which isn't super useful. Our errors are slightly better on trunk, I think.
Firefox OS is not being worked on
