I see a few shutdown crashes caused by OpenH264: http://yoric.github.io/are-we-shutting-down-yet-/?signature=%7EOpenH264Provider#, from Firefox 33.0.1 to Firefox 36.0a1.

We have bug 1087674 on Avast breaking things (due MITM or so, yay), but with the data we have it's impossible to tell if that is the only source.
Depends on: 1088471

I checked crashstats and did not see anything significant so I'm going to close this out. We can always file a new bug if this becomes problematic again.
