*** Description
The search box in the marketplace privacy page is un-clickable when entering from FTU.

*** Steps to Reproduce
1. Start FTU.
2. Click through next until the "Geolocation" page.
3. Click "more about your privacy".
4. Choose "Marketplace".
5. Try to click the search box.

*** Expected Results
The search box should gain focus and the keyboard will show up.

*** Actual Results
Most of the clicks will go to the title (it will turn red when clicking the search box).

Please see bug 972128 "The user can access a search bar in the privacy settings for the marketplace during the FTE" which lead to issues.

Dupe of bug 972128.   problem is around lack of modal dialogs.
