Unable to mount SD card back after eject SD card

*** Steps to Reproduce
1. Device insert a SD card
2. Go to Settings -> Media Storage
3. Press "Eject SD card"

*** Expected Results
1. Have a button help to mount the SD card back


*** Actual Results
1. Could not mount the SD card back unless reboot device

*** Reproduction Frequency: 100%

Removing and inserting the sdcard on the flame while its turned on is NOT supported.

You will get non-deterministic behaviour if you do.

I think that once bug 1033952 is implemented, then the UI can disable the Eject SD Card for non-ejectable sdcards.

Then I don't think we can block on this.  Should this be closed WONTFIX or INVALID?
