Reproduced in current trunk build on desktop.
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to http://people.mozilla.org/~mwargers/tests/videos/atomicplayboy.webm
- Move your mouse over the video, video controls show up
- Wait until the video controls disappear
- Now move again a little with you mouse
Expected result:
- The video controls should appear immediately
Actual result:
- It seems to take almost 0.5 seconds before the video controls start appearing
