User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0
Build ID: 20140923175406

Steps to reproduce:

1.Follow the link https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contribute/
2.Click on the button "Get involved"
3.Type email address with Cyrillic letters "Фыва@mail.ru" in e-mail field.

Actual results:

The e-mail field accepts Cyrillic letters Фыва@mail.ru - there is no red highlight around email field

Expected results:

When Cyrillic letters are typed in the email fielf, there is red highlight around the email field (According to RFC 6531 the local-part of the email address may use Uppercase and lowercase English letters, not cyrillic)
The same issue occurs when the link https://www.mozilla.org/ru/contribute/?icn=tabz is followed, and any item from the upper right dropbox is chosen.
These are valid (IDN) email addresses, so I expect this is a willful violation of the spec (which might not have said then what it says now?), which specifies only us-ascii here: https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/forms.html#valid-e-mail-address
