Details

Due to changes in the CSSOM-View smooth scrolling specification that have landed in Gecko, the previous DOM method used to scroll the home page to the top no longer results in a smooth scroll.

The new syntax is:

Element.ScrollTo(top: 0, left: 0, behavior: "smooth");

Alternately, this could be used for cases where the view-port is scrolled:

Window.ScrollTo(top: 0, left: 0, behavior: "smooth");

The GAIA home screen application needs to be updated to use this method to re-enable smooth scrolling.
Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
