Pinging the website generates request timeouts. I’m not aware of any other site that’s blocked.

This actually doesn't work through either of your internet connections. We don't block or filter egress traffic. I'm curious ... is this a new issue and it previously worked? Can you also please include your workstation ip address?

Yes. The site was able to be opened up until a few weeks ago – I can’t recall when.
My workstation’s IP address is 10.245.28.170.

I've sent the website a query regarding blocking. We are not blocking this traffic. If I don't get a response within 1 week I recommend you followup with them as well.
