Pressing the power button while social, music, or games is loading, a tilling graphic of the background will flash

Setup Steps:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141027001201
2) Go to either social, games, music
3) While loading, press the power button 


Actual:
a tilling graphic of the background will flash

Expected:
background graphic display correctly

This issue does not reproduce on the Flame 2.2 and the Flame 2.0, a tilling graphic of the background will display

Not nominating as a blocker. The issue can only be seen briefly. It is also likely that the user will not be looking at the device when putting it to sleep

Mass update: Resolve/Wontfix all existing collections bugs as this feature is now removed.

Please re-open or file a new bug if you feel that this bug still exists in master.
