Right now we implicitly use the worker type as the build platform https://github.com/taskcluster/taskcluster-treeherder/blob/master/treeherder/handlers.js#L244 this is okay for gaia / trivial projects but these values mean nothing in the TBPL/Treeherder world. We should allow setting the following:

 - platform
 - os_name
 - architecture
 - option_collection (opt / debug)
will roll into mozilla-taskcluster work and alder this I think is last item needed prior to pushing to inbound so tc staging commits look correct on treeherder.

I am going to add a prefix to all platforms (tc) so we can easily identify taskcluster builds side by side but we may need to mass hide these.
