User Story

As a cost conscious user, I want to be able to see a breakdown of my mobile usage over different time periods to help me figure out when and on which apps I spend my data on so that I can adjust my usage to fit my budget.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. The time period for the visualizations and per-app data breakdown can be selected as described by the UX spec.
2. Upon selection of a particular time period, the graphs and data usage breakdown is updated to show only data used in that period.
3. Interaction and Visual Design matches the UX spec.
