Steps to reproduce
Problem 1
1. Add an RSS feed
2. Delete the RSS feed.
2.a. Optionally delete the RSS feed from Trash.
3. Add the same RSS feed again

Problem 2
1. Add a localhost RSS feed (from Subhash TweetsToRSS Server)

Actual results
Problem 1
Try to add a previously deleted RSS feed is not possible as Seamonkey says that RSS feed has already been subscribed. It is still available in Trash and has not been deleted.

Problem 2
If TweetsToRSS Server's localhost RSS feeds manage to get added, there are lots of quotation marks and slashes in Recipient column. There are two quotation marks prefixed in the From column.

Expected results
Problem 1
Deleting a feed should get it deleted. If it is added again and is still in Trash, it should be restored or a prompt should ask for restoration or fresh addition. If it is not in Trash and is added again, then a fresh addition should be made.

Problem 2
The Recipient column should be empty (no quotation marks or slash characters)
The double quotation marks should not be prefixed to the From header
