but the description of it is "ESR24 versions of Thunderbird, Seamonkey, etc."

It should be "ESR31 versions of Thunderbird, Seamonkey, etc."

anyone with scm_level_2 can push to webtools/mxr, but deploying on the web head requires manual intervention. generally it's me; jakem can also step in if required (probably anyone in IT if it's an emergency, it's documented on mana).

last week was a bit busy for me, so apologies for not getting to it. it's been updated. thanks, arai!
