Steps to reproduce:
1. Open MP homepage - https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/
2. Click on the register button.
3. Fill the form and click the next button.

Expected results:
A confirmation mail is sent to the registered email address, the registration process can be completed.

Actual results:
The confirmation mail is not sent, registration process can't be completed.

Notes/Issues:
The mail is also not sent when resetting the password.
Verified in FF36(Win7) in marketplace-dev.allizom.org

I think this is an FxA bug.

Yes, we had in issue moving to a new AWS IAM for sending mail. This is fixed now for sending mail via stable.dev.lcip.org
