Details

On my flame (using v188) I can only get updates when:
* I check for them
* I reboot the phone.

Before v188 I could only get updates after rebooting (Checking for updates would not do anything). I was waiting to upgrade to v188 (instead of v180) before filing a bug.

Side note, even though I updated today, I see a note about having last updated on 19/10/2014 even though I updated today.

I can also sometimes see after a reboot that the time of the phone is incorrect. It normally goes away, however, this time around is sticking.

I have noticed that the time issue gets fixed when connection with the telephone carrier is established (I use a pin for my SIM, hence, not making contact until I enter the PIN).
