I as a user would like to see less text on the "fill in more details" page, so I can write my answer without being intimidated by a wall of text

Keeping everything inline makes it more obvious but still keeps a bit of that clutter and scaryness http://i.imgur.com/WXxD4RR.png Moving it off to the side keeps the question details about the question details but makes it easier to ignore (consciously or subconsciously). http://i.imgur.com/aa4XHmJ.png
