When there is videos in the video app, the 'Add videos to get started' screen displays

Setup Steps:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141028001203
2) Have a video in the video app
3) Enable the usb
4) Go to video app > plugin the usb


Actual:
'Add videos to get started' screen displays

Expected:
'Add videos to get started' screen does not display

This issue also reproduces on the Flame 2.2, the 'Add videos to get started' screen displays when user has videos already.

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:

Nominating to block on 2.1. This is very confusing user flow. The wrong warning message is displayed, and causes the user to think that they have no videos. Also this is a regression

After speaking with the Bug Reporter and Derek - who did the triage - offline about this bug I'm striking the blocking nom -

There was some confusion about the persistence of this message - this message does not stay on the screen but is just a brief flash that goes away to be replace by the appropriate 'unplug to watch videos' message
