You should get a security warning for the main page but forget to mention that... anyway, the screenshot looks like you added an exception and the css file fails to load due to the same bug https://g3.iggcdn.com/assets/select2/select2-7f31d764925a0a1483809ebc7160e956.css : g3.iggcdn.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is only valid for *.iggcdn.com (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)
