Description:
Tapping on Accuweather app in Weather collection will bring up a broken link/page with "Error 500" message. 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141027001201
2) On homescreen, hold finger down on horizontal break between app sections.
3) Tap on Add Smart Collections option.
4) Select Weather collection.
5) Tap OK.
6) On homescreen, find Weather collection icon.
6) Tap on Weather icon to bring up Weather collection.
7) Tap on Accuweather app/icon.
8) Observe.
  
Actual:
When tapping on Accuweather app in Weather collection it opens a broken link/page with "Error 500".  
Expected: 
When tapping on Accuweather app in Weather collection it will open correct, working link.

Issue does occur on flame 2.2.

For me, Accuweather, when opened from the weather collection, behaves and renders normally.

Try updating your device's build. Would you please test this issue again to see if it still persists on your end?

As Jlee has not responded and the service is working fine on reference devices I tested on, I am closing this bug.  Please feel free to reopen if the issue presents itself once again.
