Howie, what do you think about this bug? Thanks.
As far as I know, this is not committed for the v2.2 by gallery team. ni for Hema's information/tracking, thanks.
We don't have the crop function implemented for this usecase and is not part of 2.2. Adding to backlog for consideration when we work on gallery/wallpaper refresh
This also occurs on 3.0 Additionally, the same issue occurs when trying to set a picture as Wallpaper from other places such as the download menu. The picture is shown without the crop functions. You can scroll the picture around to use the screen itself as the crop parameters but there is no indication that you can scroll / no scroll bars even when actively scrolling so it seems most users will not understand that they can affect the view of the picture they are attempting to set for the wallpaper.
