Checking in quickly from a coffee shop, the basic GA tracking is working on all of these pages.

The ecommerce tracking on the thank you page isn't working yet, but we can work on that before the next traffic spike.

I'll leave this ticket open until we have the ecommerce and optimizely bits in place.
* [oct31] is now past. Please update whiteboard to [nov14] or future train.

Now that we've tested these two forms, the scope of this bug is to properly QA the GA and Optimizely tags on the new donation form.

Flows to test:

* Donates via CC
* Donates via PP

I've worked through this QA and we're missing the conversion tracking for GA and Optimizely. I've opened bugs for these tasks:

* Bug 1100306 - Donation amount conversion tracking (GA and Optimizely)
* Bug 1100314 - EOY PayPal Donations need the same thank you page
