Details
VIP apps are high priority (often partner) apps that are auto-escalated. There is an email sent out to marketplace-staff so Lisa and I are aware of them (we otherwise don't regularly check the escalation queue).
I've not received emails for updates to Line or Telegram in the last few weeks, and this is causing delays and confusion.

I think this may be affected normal escalations too (i.e. where a reviewer flags an app for admin attention) - I don't seem to have had any of those in a month

Emails for escalations are only sent to those in the Senior App Reviewers group. After some discussion, we decided to just add Andrew/Lisa to that group rather than refactor permissions to fix this bug.
