1091033 - Review text is not displayed updated in form after editing with reviewers permission

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load details page for an app in MP-dev(ex. https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/facebook-1/ )
2. Submit a review for the app.
3. Load the Reviews page and click the Edit link displayed under the review.
4. Add more text and click Submit.
5. Repeat the step 3.

Expected results:
The edited review text is displayed.

Actual results:
The text of the review before editing is displayed. Issue is not reproducing when editing a review by clicking the Edit Your Review button from app details page.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF36 (Win 7).

This issue is now reproducing on FF OS 2.0 (Flame) in MP-dev and MP-stage.

I am not able to reproduce this - tried at https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/newnewnew/ratings with user 'vaishnav.rd'. Is this bug still valid?

The issue from comment #0 is still reproducible on FF OS 2.0 (Flame) on MP-dev, following the exact STR, not only if you want to edit your submitted review, but for others reviews, too (tried on Exquisite Chocolate).
