We've confirmed DDG exists in latest nightly build 20141029 on Windows and Mac 10.9

AaronMT, however, reported to me that he does not see DDG on his 10.10 machine with same build.  He's triued existing and new profile.

I just tested the first Tinderbox build from this morning's merge of alder to mozilla-release:

I'm running 10.10, and with this build I see DDG in the search menu. Tested with both a new profile, and a profile created with Firefox 33.0.2 (ie, current release) and then run with this build.

What does about:buildconfig say under "Source: built from"? I suspect it's more likely that you're running an earlier build that doesn't have DDG in it yet. I don't know of anything conditional on platform or specific platform version.
