Description: The user is unable to see the entire menu when tapping the menu icon in the user guide when returning from selected pages.

Setup: Data or Wifi must be enabled.

Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 
2: Open Settings > Help > User Guide 
3: From the Firefox OS menu, Select Basic Features > Back to Firefox OS
4: Tap on the Menu icon (3 horizontal lines)

Actual: Only half of the menu is displayed.

Expected: The entire menu is displayed.

Repro frequency: 5/6

This issue does NOT occur on Flame 2.1 (319mb/full flash)

Actual result: The menu is fully displayed.
