Description:
There is no divider on new messaging tapping enter several times will cause a large block of white, with nothing to show where the top is and without a divider the add attachment button looks out of place and could be confusing to the user. 


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141029001202
2) Open a new message in the messages app
3) Go to the message portion and press enter several time



Actual:
Large box of white with no divider on to the attachment button leaving it confusing to the users eyes to find where to start on the message 


Expected:
some sort of divider or visual cue to keep the user orientated to the overall lay out

this issue occurs on flame 2.2 and flame 2.0

NI Jenny and Fang: should we have a visual separation between the attachment button and the composer?

Upon the focus is on composer, there will be preset text "Message" along with cursor blinking at the start of first line which to me serves as a good visual separation for attach button and compose area. Also, under normal circumstances, each time a new line started, the cursor will always be at the start. Adding divider would make the typing space look a lot narrower.  Hope this makes sense, thanks!
