This is a metabug to improve our experience with chunked tests.

We want to go from limited visibility in treeherder, to being able to scale to as many chunks as needed. Instead of listing chunks 1 through N for each type of test for each build, we want to go to a point where we don’t need to limit the value of N.
Is this a Treeherder bug or a TaskCluster bug or both?
Both, it's the first time I consciously filed a bug in Testing/General!
