Additional comment as of 2001111808:
If you open page A and then page B, and do a print preview of page B, than the
back button is enabled and gets you back to page A.
If now you do a print preview of page A, the back button is disabled, but the
forward button gets you to page B.

Print Preview is a "mode" of viewing not a new URL location, so therefore if you
load A and then B, the Back button will take you back to A. I recently checked
in a fix so you can select the PP menu item again and switch back to the
"active" document. At the moment there is a bug with JavaScript restarting.
Hopefully, soon we will have a toolbar that will allow you to conviently switch
back to the "galley" mode active document.

Just had an idea, which shows how slowly things can take inside my cranium while
I'm renovating my cerebellum. How about making Print Preview open in a new
window, where the only chrome are "Print" and "Close" buttons? If this is
something that would be considered, I'd whip up a patch for demo.
