Steps to reproduce:

1) Opened a new tab and opened a web page ex: https://www.mozilla.org/ and then closed the tab
2) Right clicked on the Title Bar and tried to select "Undo Closed Tab"


Actual results:

1) The "Undo Closed Tab" is disabled even when a tab is closed


Expected results:

1) The "Undo Closed Tab" should be enabled when a tab is closed

Works fine for me on FF 34b4, Win 7 x64.
Please check if the issue occurs using Firefox in safe mode (with your addons disabled):

1) Issue resolved. 

"browser.sessionstore.max_tabs_undo" was "0" by default in "about:config" and I had changed its value.
