Description

A request to please add 'application/vnd.mozilla.xul+xml' to the list of
available mime types on the createattachment.cgi form, for the
bugzilla.mozilla.org installation.

There have been 216 attachments made with either the mime-type of 'text/xul'
(the obsolete mime-type) or with application/vnd.mozilla.xul+xml, all of which
were manually entered. There are an additional, unknown number of other
attachments that are XUL content but have no mime-type.

And heck, it's a miracle that people can actually remember whether it's
'...xul+xml' or '...xml+xul' without looking it up! :-]

test

Testing addition of content type.
According to the stats in attachment 57627 [details] of bug 39835, there are 274
attachments whose content type contains the word "XUL". That number includes
several misspellings of the XUL content type. A number of attachments whose
content type contains the word "xml" may also be XUL. The number of attachments
that are XUL plus the number of misspellings of this content type means it
should be added, so I added it.
