Seems like sometimes we cannot find the homescreen during boot? This could mean its not visible or various other things and is also intermittent.

I would debug this on TC here is my suggestion:

 -> create pull request
 -> copy https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/25675/files (this is an example of running 1 test up to 400 times)
 -> (probably) override |make node_modules| to use npm install / or check it in
 -> point it to your fork

I tried to run the test in the log[1] over 1000 times[2], but I could not reproduce the homescreen issue.

Does it mean that this bug doesn't block the stability issue(Bug 1091685)? We could take care of other bigger issue first?
