Description:
Amber alert UI is broken when in landscape mode
prerequisite: Software home button enabled
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141029001202
2) have lock screen enabled
3) Receive Amber alert notification
4) Turn phone to landscape mode
Actual:
UI is cut off from notification screen
Expected:
UI is not cut off

At this time I could not branch check this as we have no way to receive Amber alert notifications with out an Amber alert.

I don't think this issue would impact a large number of users and it is only a visual issue so not nominating to block on this.
