Coud you attach a screenshot of the issue, please.

Please check if the issue occurs using Firefox in safe mode (with your addons disabled):

And on a new, empty profile:

Also, do you have e10s enabled ?
I am also observing this issue. See attached screenshots. It appears to be a new issue with hardware acceleration in 33.0.2:

Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0
- runs fine with HW acceleration enabled

Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:33.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/33.0
- problems occur with HW acceleration enabled - not just black links and menus, but a variety of rendering artifacts like missing tab bars and missing webpage elements. These will usually be redrawn if the mouse focus is moved.
- problems do not occur with HW acceleration off.
- downgrading to 32.0 resolves the problem. Auto-upgrade back to 33.0 reintroduces the problem.

FWIW, my HW info:

Your Intel drivers are outaded, 2011 is too old, could you update them to the latest version, it should fix the issue.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23764&lang=eng&ProdId=3319

And honestly, you should do the same for the Nvidia drivers:
http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/78296/en-us

HWA and OMTC need recent drivers to work correctly, that's why many graphics glitches appear with old drivers.
I managed to capture an instance of the tab/navigation bar rendering issue while pulling the support info. It usually fixes itself with mouse focus, but sometimes is left like this. It causes a visible redraw flicker regardless.
Yes, definitively OMTC issue. Updating Intel drivers is the best solution in the long term.
*feeling sheepish* Ugh. This is a corporate managed computer that gets updated so often I just assumed it had the most recent compatible drivers.

I wasn't the original reporter, but assuming it's the same root cause, updating to the following has resolved the issue. Thanks!

I have checked with safe mode no addons before I submitted. My drivers are up to date and the only way to make a difference
is to drop crossfire and remove hwa
Flags: needinfo?(sehermer)
in fact the problem is not present hwa or not without crossfire
Severity: normal → S3

Unable to reproduce and the reporter can't be contacted; closing.
