Similar to bug1053356, we need to add another redirect to the firefox.com vanity domain.

Please create a 301 redirect for:

firefox.com/10 > www.mozilla.org/firefox/independent/?utm_source=firefox-com&utm_medium=referral&utm_content=firefox-10

Please create this redirect by Nov 10, 2014 for the Firefox 10th anniversary campaign.
