109193 - Focus ring invisible in folder and message panes

Build: 2001110708, Mac OS 9.1, both Classic and Modern themes

To reproduce:
1.  Open the three-pane mail window.
2.  Press Tab repeatedly to cycle through the folder, thread, and message
    panes.

What you should see:
*   A focus ring appear and disappear in each pane as it is tabbed into and out
    of.

What you actually see:
*   A focus ring only in the thread pane.

Updating multiple bugs. This is a valid UI issue. Would be nice to have it fixed
if time allows.

reassigning to ssu.  On Win 2000 using the 12/27 build with Modern, I see a
focus ring in each pane.  Since Olga wrote this is on all platforms, is this
still occurring on the Mac?

2002010403 - working on windows.

Verification note happened in the duplicate bug 112577.
We have focus now on all platforms. On Linux the horizontal line on the bottom
of Message Pane sometimes not visible. A little of size adjustment makes the
line to appear.
