When the user puts the camera app into card view, the user will notice that the camera icon will appear outside of the window frame.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141029040208
2) Grab a device on version 2.2.
3) Open the camera app.
4) Hold the home button to put the camera app into card view.
5) Notice the camera icon/button appears outside of the window frame.
  
Actual:
The camera icon/button appears outisde of the window frame when put into card view.
  
Expected: 
The camera icon/button appears within the window frame.

This issue doesn't occur on Flame 2.1 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Full Flash), and Flame 2.0 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Full Flash).

The camera icon/button appears within the window frame.
