Details

Steps to reproduce: 1. Start Firefox. 2. Open Customize. 3. Drag all items to Panel Menu, including the Search-bar, until the scrollbar appears. 4. Hover with Search-bar or other element on the bottom of the panel menu. Expected results: The Search-bar can be moved to the bottom row. Actual results: There should be a way to move an item from top to bottom with drag drop. To automatically scroll when hovering over top or bottom edge.
Severity: normal → S3

Closing since this is not reproducible anymore using latest Firefox 123.0 build.
