Description

Build: 2001110708, Mac OS 9.1, Classic theme

To reproduce:
1. Open the Preferences dialog.
2. Look at the `Help' button.

What you see:
* A rounded rectangle with the word `Help' in it.

What you should see:
* A bevelled square with a question mark inside a circle, like in native
    apps.

This should be generalized so that it can be used for any window, not just the
Preferences dialog.
