Initial Questions: Project/Feature Name: Vidyo Infrastructure Purchase Tracking ID: Description: Our Vidyo Portal has been a single point of failure in our Vidyo infrastructure. During infrastructure reviews earlier this year we highlighted this as a point to address. A recent Vidyo portal outage demonstrated the criticality of this service. We have recovered services, but in order to prevent similar outages in the future need to move forward on our infrastructure improvement plan. Additionally, we are requesting to purchase 2 existing Vidyo routers in SCL3 that handle the majority of our calls. These two units were on loan to Mozilla but never purchased two years ago. Given that the loaners are already in place, configured and the same hardware version as new devices, it makes sense to purchase and leave them in place.
