Steps to Reproduce: 1) Just open the Editor application 2) Try to click on a blank line Notice that cursor does not move to this blank line 3) Also, click on a line with text and hit return several times to create a blank line of text. 4) Try to click on a blank line Notice that cursor does not move to this blank line Actual Results: Cursor does not move when I click on a blank line Expected Results: Cursor is blinking somewhere on the blank line Build Date & Platform Bug Found: 1999-07-30-11-M9 on Win95
