Details

We launched a phone in Bangladesh but manifest validation doesn't seem to know about their locale. Other places, like Marketplace field translations and payments know about it just fine. This blocks a high profile partner app.
Assigning to mat because I know you changed validation recently for locales, but I do see bn-BD in your pull request: https://github.com/mozilla/app-validator/pull/37/files#diff-c725948a52a3807a9c08f8d886a94082R69, any ideas?

Well, 1) I never merged this PR because I fixed the original problem in Zamboni anyway - completely forgot about the locale list 2) We haven't pushed last week so it would not have been pushed to prod if I had. I'll revisit my PR to add bn-BD.
