Two users in the SUMO forums reported not being able to unlock the device past the lockscreen, after receiving an official update on their Alcatel OneTouch Fire from Cosmote, to version 1.3. ENVIRONMENT: Device Model: Alcatel OneTouch Fire Version: 1.3 STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. Update the device with official OTA 2. Eventually, lockscreen does not work EXPECTED RESULTS: Lockscreen should work ACTUAL RESULTS: Lockscreen does not unlock. Users reported being able to pull down notification bar, but the lockscreen remains unlockable. Please let me know if there is any other information that may be helpful to investigate and troubleshoot this issue. Thanks!
