Description:
Extra email accounts might show an incosistent folder graphic for their list view. 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141031001201
2) Open email app
3) Add an account
4) Open folder list view with top left icon
5) Tap the settings button
6) Tap "Add Account" button
7) Repeat steps 4 - 6 until two to nine accounts are added.
  
Actual:
Some accounts will show little folder icons while others don't
  
Expected: 
ALL accounts should either SHOW or NOT show the folder icons

This is intentional per UX.  See the second bullet point at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Gaia/Email/UX/Decisions.  (I knew people would find this weird, which is why I put it on that wiki page! ;)
