Details

The original creation of the refspec-vms VLAN included unrestricted outbound access to the world, so it can access remote resources on the internet without going thru proxies and the like.

I just discovered that it does work, however, it doesn't include the Mozilla public VLANs themselves. i.e., VMs in that VLAN can't get to www.mozilla.org/people.mozilla.org/etc...

I am not sure how to specify the ACL needed to allow this, figured you guys would know...
