B2G 2.2 20141101040202 on Flame (v188 base image) Symptoms: The Settings app is broken: You can't enable the Developer menu from Device information > More information. There is a menu header at the bottom for mobile provider services (SIM Toolkit) even if the SIM card doesn't support these. A reboot fixes the issue.
