Steps to reproduce:

Went to settings --> Improve Firefox OS --> Send Mozilla Feedback --> Sad --> Send Feedback


Actual results:

Error Report turns up saying 'Sorry, the system can't send your suggestion because of a timeout. Please restart and try again.' even after restarting phone, connecting to different internet connection and retrying on different days


Expected results:

I can also confirm this as it is happening to me on the latest update 
Its probably because of nightly build
