In MacMozilla build 2001110804, using MacOS 8.6, every time a key is hit on the
keyboard, a double signal is sent. TThheerreeffoorre, eevveerryytthhiinngg
ccoommeess oouutt lliikkee tthhiiss.. The effect occurs in every aspect of the
program. E-mail cannot be checked because a proper password can't be entered;
nothing can be typed properly. The double signal is apparently true for all
keys, including tab, return and delete.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download MacMozilla build 2001110804.
2. Launch the program.
3. Attempt to type anything -- e-mail message, form field, dialog box.
