Since we are actually defining the l10nId of the keys for its aria labels, the property shouldn't be named as such.

|ariaLabel|'s only legit use case is for a layout to assign a literal aria label directly, bypassing the runtime mozL10n processing -- there is no layout use this feature currently and we should be able to remove it. I won't object if we want to keep it; we just need to make sure the two concept are clearly speareted.
