This bug is here for studying and tracking current status of power consumption for B2G.

People are calling for improving battery life of B2G devices, but without exact current status as a reference we could not propose any good plan of improvement.  So, let's start to study current status, make scenario and generate reports here.  After that, we could make plans of improvements.
We need reports of how Android perform, too.  Then, we know how and what we are behind.

We also need to define scenarios as benchmarks to study.
Add Danny and Jon Hylands here, they may have measurement data for power consumption.
